Summer!

Hello everyone!

Ooh! It has been too long since the last time :-P But here I am! I have not had time to take pictures of my latest cards, so I'll just post an old one. Btw. It's a really simple card :-) Hopefully you can see in the picture that the text is embossed ;-)

Here in Norway, my summer vacation has started, but it does not feel that way. It's pouring rain outside: - / Well, well ... More crafting time then :-) This summer I work at a riding camp for adults and children with disabilities and special needs. It is a very rewarding job! Hope you enjoy summer 2011! :-)

Look who's 40

Oh gosh! long time, no see blog :-)

Lately I have been enjoying our beautiful weather here in Stavanger. (I even had the first swim) I can feel the summer in the air :-) So ... This week I have been trying to find out how my aunts cards should look like. Yesterday she celebrated her 40th birthday and I had no idea how I wanted her card look like:-P But this is what I ended up with, and I am very pleased with the result :-)

 Final exam [x] * Check! Oh gosh, it feels great to be finished with school. I just can't wait for summer! The exam went well, and I am very pleased with the outcome :-) Thank you for your support comments! Means a lot :-)

But, here is finally the card as promised ;-) I literally fell in love with this pattern paper from Memories. The glittering hearts are so cute! (click on the image for better quality;-)

Mr.pommeroy

Hi!
Today I've started on a new card, and I will probably post it later :-) It's a kind of love/valentines card :-) Tomorrow I have my exams, and I'm kind of stressing, but my family and pets will be here and support me <3 (lol) The title today as you probably read was, Mr.pommeroy. That's the name of my beloved cat, who i usually call Pommy. He's a british short haired blue cat, and is three years old. Isn't he beautiful? <3 My little love! ( or big love? he weighs 15,4 pounds :P)

For Someone Special

Hi! :-)

Today in Stavanger we have a terribly weather. It's raining and cold, which means crafting time. For the card I made today I started out with something totally different, but ended up with this. I think I'm pretty happy about the way it turned out :-) The colors blended in so nicely with eachother. The pattern on the butterfly wasn't planned, but fitted perfectly in with the colors. (Btw. The butterfly is embossed) Hope you like it! :-)

I'm back with a quick summer card I made recently. My inspiration came from the lovely summer weather we had this weekend, and I just had to make something with purple and green. ( My favorite colors at the time :-P) Hope you like it, and remember to enjoy the lovely weather as long as we have it! :-)

Floral Card

Hi! I'm finally back with a new card I made today. I wanted to make a long and slim card, and this is how it turned out. I even got to use my flower clear stamp from megilo. I totally love it! It may be hard to see on the picture, but my card base is mint green pastel ;-) (Btw. If you click on the pictures, the quality will be better. Don't now why!)
